What does a video use?

A 15-second duo uses 30 credits at 480p, 62 at 720p, or 152 at 1080p. This includes a composed scene from your two photos and Seedance 2.0 animation. Pro unlocks 720p and Business unlocks 1080p; quality access does not reduce the credit cost. Monthly Pro and Business allocations alone cannot fund a video at their highest quality, so top-ups or saved credits may be needed.

What does an image use?

1K images use 1 credit for Draft, 2 for Balanced, or 4 for High. 2K images use 2, 3, or 8 credits respectively. Both image models use the same product rates.

How do credits work?

Images and videos use the same credit balance. The generator shows the exact product credit cost for your selected settings before you submit. A two-photo video includes both the scene-preparation image and video animation.

When do I receive annual-plan credits?

Annual plans are billed once per year and grant the full year's included credits after successful payment. They are not distributed monthly. Each successful yearly renewal grants another annual allocation.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at their displayed billing interval until canceled. You can cancel from Account → Billing. A one-time credit pack is a single payment and does not create a subscription.

Can I mix image and video generation?

Yes. You can spend credits on portraits, photo edits, new images, or orange-booth videos. Example counts assume all credits are spent on one setting; mixing settings changes the number of results.

What if my generation fails?

Confirmed failed generation tasks release their reserved product credits. For two-stage videos, the full reserved credit cost is refunded on a confirmed failure. Temporary status-check errors do not automatically mean a task has failed.

Is the original Hotel Lobby music included?

No. Generated audio is original AI audio, not a licensed copy of the song. If you add music before posting, use audio you are licensed to share or an eligible track in the social platform's music library.
